1> Why therapy?

When you need or want to make changes in your life, therapy is a good way to accomplish it. Therapy is the best investment you can make in yourself, your couple or your family. It offers the opportunity to change old patterns, develop new and better communication, and explore solutions to problems. Going to see a therapist is a sign of personal strength - a recognition of the importance you give to yourself and those close to you.

2> What is therapy like?

Your session will be a therapeutic conversation between you and your therapist in which the focus is solely on your issues. It is a time set aside - just for you. You are encouraged to feel free to speak openly without fear of judgement on the part of the therapist.

3> How long will therapy last?

We understand that you want change to happen as quickly as possible. We work with you towards that end while recognizing that every situation is unique. The length of time depends upon the issues you bring to therapy and your goals for change.
